Yalacta

Yalacta is a company operating in the field of health since 1926. This brand was created in Paris at the beginning of the 19th century : its story starts from nothing. At that time, Mr. Savary fled from his native country Armenia with lactic acid cultures only for the production of products such as yogurts, milk kefir and fruit kefirs. Since the 1920s, Yalacta has been working continuously to select the best strains of lactic bacteria with high nutritional performances.

In the 1950s, Yalacta had marketed its first yogurts.

Then, in 1973, thanks to the partnership with the Compagnie Générale de Diététique, the Yalacta brand acquired a high-performance research and development laboratory, at the origin of many innovations in the field of food supplements and lactic ferments.
